The hotel was charming with well priced rooms and I loved exceptionally friendly staff. Booked a room with comfortable beds and pillows. The venue's location was magnificent, next to shops & restaurants as well as the centre of town where there a lots of quaint shops and local places to eat. Had lunch/dinner at Storie Street Grille, which I found relatively close to the hotel.

The courtyard area provided a lovely spot to unwind in the evenings, and the bed was comfortable. Upon arrival, Dorrie's friendly demeanor and helpful nature stood out. While the cleanliness of our room was commendable, the layout felt somewhat dated, and limited dining options were available nearby.

Cozy spot with charm
The room was super comfy with a freshly remodeled feel. Loved the relaxing gazebo with rockers after exploring downtown. The staff were really friendly and helpful. One little thing to note, though, the room could use a bit more light. It was kinda dim in there at times.

The room was super clean and nicely furnished. The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom was huge with a wall heater, a nice touch. The heater was great, a bit annoying for sleeping. Not very handy for someone with mobility issues due to the steps. But overall, it had a cozy feel to it.

We visited the local art galleries and hiked nearby trails. The hotel was super clean with a spacious room, and the shower had amazing water pressure. Plus, it was conveniently located near shops and restaurants!
I did have a bit of trouble with the staff calling before arrival asking for credit card info, even though my reservation was fully paid. It was a little confusing, but it didn't ruin the trip.

It was just a great fit for a weekend pause in Blowing Rock with excellent value for money. The room was clean, bright, and nicely appointed including a very large TV and microwave. Bring your own toiletries as the sink space is limited.
